Parish Schedule for the Advent/Christmas Season

  • Tuesday, November 30 is giving Tuesday, and we are participating in the iGiveCatholic fundraiser.  This year we are raising money for of plaster work currently happening in our church.  Go to or drop your donation at the office.  Thank you for your generosity.
  • Wednesday, December 1 at 5:30pm to 6:30pm we will be having Adoration to end abortion.  Join Catholics across the country in Eucharistic adoration on December 1, when the Supreme Court hears the landmark pro-life case, Dobbs vs Jackson Women’s Health.  We will have our usual adoration hour during this time.  For more information please check out Join Us in Adoration to End Abortion - CatholicVote org 
  • Thursday, December 2 following the 12:00pm noon Mass, we will be having our Monthly Luncheon.  If you are available during this time, please join us for a meal and community.
  • Saturday, December 4 at 3:30pm-Sodality will be leading a Rosary in the church before the 4:00pm Vigil Mass.
  • Wednesday, December 8 is the feast of the Immaculate Conception, which is a Holy Day of obligation.  Our Masses will be at 7:00am and 5:30pm.
  • Sunday, December 12 following the 10:30am Mass will be our Parish Christmas Party in the parish hall.  It will be pot luck, so please sign-up for the dish you will be bringing in the back of the church.  The parish will provide the meat for the celebration.  Thank you to parish council for organizing the event.
  • Thursday, December 16 at 5:30pm will be the parish Penance Service.  Several priests from the area will be here to hear confessions.  
  • Friday, December 24 at 4:30pm will be our Children’s Christmas Program. Practice will be each Sunday in December from 9:45-10:15 in Glynn Hall. Contact Jordan Amborn at 601-415-2454 for more information.  Christmas Eve Mass will follow the program.
  • Friday, December 24 at 5:00pm will be our Christmas Eve Mass following the Children’s program.   Saturday, December 25 at 9:00am will be our Christmas Day Mass.  Please note that neither Mass counts for the Sunday obligation, so attendance at Mass the next day is still required.
  • Saturday, December 25 at 4:00pm and Sunday, December 26 at 10:30am will be our celebration of the Feast of the Holy Family for the regular weekend Masses.  PLEASE NOTE THAT BOTH THE ATTENDANCE OF CHRISTMAS MASS AND THE SUNDAY MASSES ARE OBLIGATORY.
