Adult Catechesis

Lord willing, an adult catechesis series is planned that will take place during the Advent season, provided that Covid-19 restrictions are lifted. 

However, in the meantime, Formed is a great resource that can be used for at-home catechesis!

Women

The women of our church are active in various ministries and community groups, such as Ladies Auxiliary and the Hospitality Committee. 

The Ladies Auxiliary is a women's group that works alongside the Knights of Columbus to improve the parish and the community through charity. Meetings are once a month on Thursdays. If you are interested in joining, please contact the president, Beverly Piazza at 601-831-2779.

The Hospitality Committee is responsible for cooking and serving meals for our First Friday luncheons, funerals, or other parish events. If you have a heart for fine cuisine and would like to get involved, please contact Patty Watts at 318-574-2301.

Men

Men enjoy monthly fellowship opportunities through the Knights of Columbus. The Knights of Columbus is a fraternal organization that focuses on serving the community and the parish. Meetings are on Tuesdays at 7:30 to pray the Rosary, followed by a business meeting at 8:00! If you are interested in joining, please contact Charles Hahn at cdhpc2@yahoo.com, or visit their website at http://www.ms-kofc.com/898/.
